I attempted to return a wired Xbox controller that was sold to my youngest son as a wireless controller => he wrapped it for my eldest son’s birthday. At unwrapping the present, it was obviously wired, so not opened. Following lockdowns etc the April purchase was returned by me in august => “the return is outside of return policy time”.

Screwed up more than several orders over the span of a few years, the staff there dont seem to care about providing a reliable service.
Best selection of games, I like browsing games and listening to the music they play on the store radio. Good for trading in your pre owned as well.
EB Games has a great selection of games but they're often priced higher than competing stores. Second hand delas make it affordable though
They have a wide variety of new and used games. I personally buy pre owned games because they are much cheaper, you can pick most games up for under $10!

I purchase all my games from eb games. Its great because they also have pre-owned also which can save you some pennies.
Although sometimes i dont think they have enough staff on board!!!
I love EB Games - the range is a big plus, and I know the guys and girls behind the counter are always willing to take the time to help me find the exact title I'm after.
Great range of products for all consoles and computers. The prices are a little higher, but the service is good, and they will get in what you want. They offer a return period despite opening the game, which is not given by other retailers.
