I liked EasyMove's service; they were punctual and very productive. They were recommended to me, and I really don't regret it. I hope more people use this service because it's very good.
Do not be fooled by their hidden fees.
Easymove services are misleading! I was quoted $464.75 for a service on the website. On the day I was forced to pay $1,060. The job took 3 and a half hours. It would’ve taken 3 if the larger truck I originally booked was honoured. Be aware of hiddens fees and management attempting to influence your booking so you are forced to pay higher hourly rates. A extra call out fee is hidden under the term base to base and is not included in the quote provided on the website. I was informed that there is no seperate call out fee, I was then charged for 3 removalist to attend the job and return, under the term base to base.. DO NOT BE FOOLED! Most other removal services do not charge for tradesmen to return from the job and will be upfront about ALL costs in the initial stages. Please do not engage with this business, hiding fees under different names is incredibly misleading and you have a right to know every fee you will be charged for.

From start to finish these guys were prefect!! No question too big and nothing too hard!
From the moment I made contact from their top notch customer service, to their no matter what we will get the job done attitude these guys were on point.
Their rates were so much less than what we were quoted from other providers, they went above and beyond getting the job done, and moved all of our precious antiques without a single bit of damage.
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to make a move!!!

Excellent service . The removalists were helpful in every way . Would recommend them without hesitation . They even had to remove a stairwell rail to get my fridge in place and quickly screwed it back on ..No complaints or attitude. Just got on with it !
Excellent and dependable service. Another pleasant moving experience at very stressful time. Kenny and Nab were friendly and very helpful. A little more costly this time round but the team was very careful and no noticeable scratches!

Moving house is a stressful time but Damien, Ash and Ben worked so fast and efficient. They put our mind at ease. A legendary team indeed. Very happy with the service they provided.
Sadly this was a terrible and expensive experience with bad customer service to boot. A lack of clear communication on their part lead to us having to shift the move to another date. It took them the entire day to move a 1 bedroom apartment (and even then with our assistance because it was taking so long). They failed to acknowledge the issues they caused and blamed us for mistakes that were not our fault. This move cost us time and money and caused huge stress. They came unprepared with equipment, and arrived 1.5 hours late, one of their team was too injured to do the job timely and one of our furnishings has a hole in it, and their staff did not have very good hygiene as our belongings are covered in their BO. The main issue is that they failed to apologise, offer any kind of refund or anything. I wouldn’t normally publicly review like this but the private review I sent caused a response that was terrible customer service and so I wish to warn others. Sadly I could not and would not recommend them. Hopefully this is a one off but moving is stressful and it’s not worth adding to that.

We deny any responsibility of the mentioned damage as were 100% certain that we did not caused it; nonetheless, we decided to repair it or take it to our public liability insurer; consequently, youve rudely demanded us to illegally assist you with this during the lockdown or provide you with some money back which we cant accept.
We got great service, very kind and professional staff. Clear communication and overall best quality of service. Although the truck was a bit small though.

I have been using Easy Move for a variety of retail, installations, removals and repairs in and around Melbourne since May 2018 and I have found them to be very efficient, reliable, thorough and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
These guys are not only good, they are brilliant ! I was otherwise engaged while they were moving things for me. But without any prompting, they not only found the right places for things, but removed/assembled wheel/legs on a couple of bed bases for me. When I went to see how they were going, it was all done ! Not often you get such a combo of nice, but efficient and effective people in the moving trade (and I could write a book!)
John and his wonderful staff were incredibly efficient in every way; moving a piano from a large house to an apartment could have been traumatic; instead it was so relaxed and a great relief.
