Had great service from this friendly, family run business. There were no problems at all with the booking or the service, and we would not hesitate to use them again.

I had the misfortune of finding this so called business ad in the local paper. I called several times within their advertised hours of operation to find an answering machine that I left 3 messages on. Finally I rang and got a person who made an appointment. On the day, they did not show up, nor ring to advise they would not be coming. I Rang but got answering machine again. I left two messages, neither returned. Finally got a person a week later and after establishing that they were in fact alive and well, there was no explanation or apology for the forgotten appoinment and eventually a big whinge about them never forgetting appointments.
