Substituted flowers are awful and embarrassingly sparse for what I paid. Don’t hold your breathe for the 100% guarantee. They’ll say they can count the number of stems from a wrapped up bunch of flowers. Been using them for nearly 10 years and this lot was disappointing. Their attitude more so.

I believed that easy flowers would be able to deliver (not necessarily in 24hrs, but rather as soon as possible) to regional areas. But no that’s not the case. If you’re sending to a major town it’s ok, but satellites of those are not possible. Apparently if you live 5 minutes out of that town, even on a paved road, not dirt, then they will only deliver to a business in the town and you have to go pickup. Kind spoils any surprise or if you’re sick, too bad. I don’t think this business lives up to its advertising. I’d rather use Interflora as they can deliver, I know this because I’ve ordered for the same address before. So think before you order with easy flowers.
Sent flowers with these guys from QLD to Canberra for mothers day. They were amazing - they looked beautiful and my mum was super impressed. They deliver straight to the door and are great quality and a great price.
