Ian at the Ear Clinic is very pleasant to deal with and is very competent. My hearing aides are great and I now hear frequencies that I hadn't heard since I was a child. I have been going back for check-ups for several years now and Ian and his staff have always exceeded my expectations.

Ian is the consummate professional in every facet of his profession. A most personable, likeable person, one who you rarely come across these days.
I was unhappy with my previous provider, on recommendation I saw Ian Parsons. Well he couldn't help me enough and after a short time my old hearing aids were working so much better than before.
Nothing was too much trouble-I'm so glad I came in to see him.
Kudos to Ian and his staff-they deserve recognition of the highest order.

ian parsons is by far the best audiologist i have visited he was caring friendly and very professional and so easy to talk to about my hearing problems , at no time did i feel like i was being rushed the clinic is a credit to him i felt very comfortable he is accredited to provide free services to eligiable pensionersand veterans affairs card holders so that is a great help and free on site parking and 12 months free follow up care its all good cant ask for better service
