E-Tec Mechanical Repairs

I would not recommend dealing with this mechanic. He doesn't show up and keeps making excuses. This has been going on for over a month. First he was sick, then it was picking up parts for other jobs. We keep rescheduling and it's more of the same. This last time he said he was embarrassed and apologized, yet again, he said he would be here at 7:30am and still didn't show up. Told me that he had to pick up parts for another job and would turn up soon. Over 10 hours later and still a no show. Won't answer phone or reply to messages. Very unreliable. He has not even come out to look at the vehicle. Shame you can't rate with negative stars. I can't complain about the service because there is none!
