Had a job be attended to and stated as complete, ended up paying the final payment as Patrick was very on the ball to get paid, since then have requested for a visit for final inspection and to have a few matters rectified, the calls are always left unanswered, no messages are responded to, the landline is now not connected. Would not suggest this business to anyone any further.
If you actually look at the positive reviews on their google reviews you will see all the previous reviewers have only reviewed this business or maybe two reviews and most the two reviews are for the same business.
In addition, it turns out the ABN is not even registered anymore. Considering taking the matter legally since the team don't want to respond.
Such a shame to spend so much money and have this occur.

Paid a heap of money for work that is unfinished. No response from messages left. It is really bad to treat people this way. I have been waiting months and months for Patrick to respond and NOTHING. my next door neighbour used him as well. Very unhappy. Shoddy work. Falling down. Do yourself a favour, DO NOT USE DYNAMIC ROOFING.

I would not recommend this business. Most unprofessional approach and I think really overpriced for 3hours work done

Wow. Ditto. In December we had the guttering replaced. The entire guttering is now like a water fountain, leaks everywhere, tiles misplaced, property broken and not repaired,, gst charged when they are not registered
Etc. we have to start again from scratch. They won’t rectify or return calls. Reported to VBA… I hope the rest of you do the same.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with a maintenance company. Tiles were left displaced, two valleys incorrectly laid, the area around the chimney not fixed, and rubbish left on the roof. The end result was a leak at the skylight and into the dining room, all requiring additional repairs and costs. I received no response to repeated calls despite the work being guaranteed . All this at the extortionate price of $12000.

After paying Patrick in September our roof now leaks in more places, areas of rooting wood still require replacement and some of the joints in the new fascia are 'opening up'. Patrick refuses to pick up his phone and ignores phone messages, text messages, emails and even a formal '14 day' letter.

Of most concern is that if you look up the ABN he puts on his web site, adverts, quotes and invoices you will see the company was cancelled from 10 June 2021 and is not registered for GST. Look it up here https://www.abr.business.gov.au/ABN/View/79433878645 . This means he should not be adding 10% GST to his invoices with that ABN. Buyer beware!

Nightmare. Extremely expensive for extremely poor quality. The worst subcontractor I have experienced in my past 30 years. never recommended
