Purchased two bicyles for my high school boys from here in the past 4 months. Repaired the first bike free of charge after an accident. Servicing is qucik and thorough. Customer service is terrific. Will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

Been to a lot of places looking at bikes with little to no help from staff but as soon as we walked in the door at Dutton cycles we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They weren't trying to oversell above our needs and had great advice. Highly recommended.

So sorry have been meaning to send you an email yes have the frame got it that afternoon your admin girl called. I love it one of the best bikes I have had did the di2 cables internal looks great. Have raced 2 A grade crits bike was great. I have to say I have never experienced such great service and follow up from a shop and I worked in the industry for 10yrs and that would also include oversea having raced in Europe for 4 yrs thanks for tubes and gel. It is nice to see good service is still around

I am an Aussie who rides for the Garmin Cervelo Women's team and I recently damaged by bike while home in the off season. Not wanting to interupt my training, I contacted Kurt at Dutton Cycles. He loaned me a demo Cervelo R3SL from the shop and set me up on the bike that night and then got in contact with my sponsors locally and arranged for a new frame. He transferred my set up again to the replacement frame all in the space of the week. Thanks heaps!

I was very surprised by how wonderful the store was. The staff were great and everything was so professional. In fact, while in store, I asked if Dutton Cycles was part of a large national chain, as everything was so professional - The most professional bike shop I have seen.

When I purchased my bike, I also purchased a kids seat which had to be ordered in. Once it had arrived, I rode my bike to the store, locking it in the car park. It was my intention to then ring the store to adivse the lock combination and request the seat be fitted. I would then collect the bike on the way home. Then, I forgot to ring the store! By the time I remembered, it was almost closing time on a Saturday afternoon. The staff stayed back and fitted the seat for me. Very impressive!

I can't fault you at all. I asked for my bike to be repaired, it was and cleaned as well. Thank you for cleaning it.

From my first interaction to my latest with Dutton Cycles I have always been made to feel that my needs are important and matter. My wife, my son and I have all purchased bikes from Duttons and we have been very happy with our bikes and following services. We see no reason not to continue our relationship with Duttons.

Staff were genuinely very friendly and helpful. Their website was informative and easy to use. I purchased a bike worth several thousand dollars, with the help of their ezipay system: 25% upfront and 75% over 24 months, with Dutton Cycles paying the interest! Much easier than paying all at once. It was definitely worth the drive up from Brisbane, and I'll be heading back to get my bike serviced (first service is free) and to spend the gift voucher they gave me.

The tean at Duttons alway provide an excellent service and great advice. Last month had a close encounter with a car which resulted in some damage to the bike. Dropped the bike at the shop and within a couple of days it came back as better than new.

Bottom bracket ceased working while riding during a holiday, rode straight to Dutton's where Kurt gave me a loaner bike to get home while he repaired mine. Next day he had replaced the bottom bracket and tuned my bike to perfection.

Above and beyond what I would expect from a bike shop, and I WORK in a bike shop!

Great customer service. Great recommendations on a product tailored to suit my unique needs. I'm the new owner of a Trek Mamba 29er. Bike was ready really quickly and they are open late Thurs and Fri which is great for coming in after work.
