Dutch Hideout

I have just had the worst experience in this shop. The lady there was so rude, did not so many ch as look up when I entered the store. I went to purchase a pair of shoes and was told abruptly that I also had to buy a toy that my toddler had just torn a part of the box - tiny I might add. I would have obliged and paid for this regardless however she was so rude and did not even thank me even after purchasing a pair of shoes and buying the toy. Abrupt, cold, arrogant and all in all a disgusting experience. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know about this experience.

Gorgeous shop with great products with a good range of price points but let down by the service. I went in their the other day to purchase a present and the lady couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge me, even though I was in there for a good 5 minutes looking at items. She was busy by the desk unpacking product which I understand you need to do but not to say hello is just plain rude. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and went next door to another shop which didn't have as many beautiful products but at least they could be bothered to say hello.
