Have been buying product from this store for years, last friday I asked if someone could help me with replacing a 2 way valve in the pump box. Spoke with the plumber there who took my details and said, he could be out that day, the next day or the following monday, never heard from again. Spoke again with them on monday afternoon, took details again, said they would organise a booking as soon as possible, never heard from again. Last time they get my business, for anything.
The manager is Jenny and she runs a tight ship. The staff are friendly and really know their stuff. There is also a pool cleaning service that you can book. If they haven't got it they order it. They also have a pump repair service and an electrician on call to fix all the lights etc.
