Seriously concerned about the integrity of this company and the authenticity of the reviews here. Salesman makes offers they can't deliver on and takes payment for products they don't have. Delays in delivery result without notification to the customer or consideration for their requirements, alternatives are not considered or offered. Refuses to accept solution (based on the fact they don't actually have the necessary products for a PC build) and has dismissed the option of refund and failed to consider the inconvenience there delays have caused where competitors could have met customer needs without faulting. If you do decide on DreamPC for your next computer make sure you find out exactly what they can and can't deliver and get the response in writing for future claims. There website and business model is deceptive and I do not recommend.
