Dragon Lake Chinese Restaurant

This restaurant must be owned by Malaysian or Singaporean Chinese simply because of the number of Malaysian dishes on the menu. There is a also a smattering of dishes from around China, such as Mapo Tofu from Sichuan province and Shandong style Chicken. There is also Vietnamese style chicken here as well (were they Vietnamese Chinese who lived in Malaysia or Singapore who then came to Brisbane?)

Not authentic, but great place to try some food from around China and Asia.

The food here is lovely and a lot more authentic than some other Chinese restaurants. We've only had takeaway and it's always been delicious. The menu is a decent size, too.

eat in or take away what ever the food is always great and the service just as good , i would not say that chillie beef burns for days it is mild but that is all, they have great deep fried icecream and well i have never tasted better so give this place a try you wont be disappointed

I dont live near this area but when friends took me here, it was a really good experience. lovely Chinese food with lots of choices. staff are nice and friendly and they really know their menu. you can ask them for advice on which food with what. service is speedy and value is great. worth paying a little bit more for some authentic chinese!

Yummmm what a great place to eat. Eat in or take away, the service is always great and the food is even better. The chilli beef is full of flavour and the chillis burn for days. Exactly what you want in a dish like that. Their deep fried ice cream is a dessert to dream for and the cost at the end of the meal doesn't break the bank. Will definitely go back

Very classy Chinese restaurant that is really nice to sit in for a meal. A little higher priced than most Chinese, but wonderful atmosphere and food.

Stunning food here. It's always lovely. My family only ever goes here for chinese dinners. The gentleman who I assume owns the restaurant is always very friendly, but other than that the staff generally don't speak english very well and are often quite abrupt (not rude!)
I would still recommend it though! =)

Good variety of some great Chinese dishes. The food was always ready on time. Unfortunately the service can be a bit ordinary and the parking is terrible. I'll still go but I wish staff could be a little bit more friendly and polite.

Great chinese. You can't go wrong with dragon lake. The fried icecream is fabulous and they hold great events for chinese new year. The food is always good and it is a great place to take the whole family
