My family and I have been going to Dr Singh for over 10 years . While waiting is annoying at least you know you will be seen on the day. I find Jennifer the receptionist lovely.

Used to go to this surgery but NOT ANY MORE. Dr's have no bedside manner whatsoever. Long waiting periods. The upshot, easy to get in to and cheaper than most.

You cannot make an appointment at this surgery. It operates on a 1st in 1st seen arrangement. At times there can be 6 or more patients lined up out the front waiting for the surgery to open. The up shot of a no appointment required surgery is you get to see the doctor on the day. Unlike other surgery's whereby you have to make an appointment 1 week ahead (obviously not useful if you get crook overnight). This however can also be a very bad thing. My husband & I have waited 2 & 3 hours to see the doctor! As noted in the previous review the surgery is closed for 2 hrs in the middle of the day. This time is set aside for prearranged minor surgeries like mole removal, vasectomies etc. If you are a pensioner or healthcare card holder you will be bulk billed otherwise you pay on the day. Sadly the receptionist remains grumpy.

Doctor is very knowledgeable, not a long waiting time, unlike most surgeries, closed between 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm , but this should not disc courage you.
