Excellent service & excellent repair work done. Micheal is a 1 man operation & is flooded with work because he is so good. People come from all around because he is the closest shoe repair without going to a major shopping centre. I would rather my shoes get Micheals personal touch & repairs done well & right, & be a little late, than some dude that would put a rubber soul on a pair of $300.00 boots, just to get the job done & rush on to the next job!!! Fixes RM Williams boots as good as new, has the expertise & knowledge to do so. 5️ Highly recommended!!!

I don't recommend anyone take their shoes here to be repaired. The Store list my shoes, one at a time. It's been 2 and a half years and he still can't find them. He has taken my number every few months and never called me. The last encounter I had with him he yelled at me and blamed me that he lost my shoes because it's so long ago. I've moved away and made special trips every few months to enquire about my leather roman sandals that I purchased over seas. This man is arrogant and unorganised. His shop is a mess. He may never find your shoes again

Only a small shop, but big on service and advice.
The chap who runs the business is friendly and knowledgeable.
He even makes shoes. Clever fellow!!
