I had continuing issues with old clay pipes blocking due to tree root invasion. Jeremy from Dr Drains talked me through my options and was happy to answer all my questions. We ended up have the drain relined. The professionalism of the team was exemplary, particularly the responsiveness and clear communications throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone needing work to fix drainage issues.

Dr Drains are very reliable and knowledgeable they will ensure that the job is done to your satisfaction and expectations. They have a sound work ethic and provide a high standard for their customers. So as a returning customer I can recommend them if ever you need a plumber. You certainly won't be disappointed or let down you will be at the very minimum well educated as to the problem at hand. You will be advised over how best to address it with reasonable reccommendations and will understand transparently the cost for the work involved. Team respond promptly, I have always found within hours, and can always squeeze me in, especially if there’s an emergency. The guys are absolute gentlemen, efficient and prompt, the work is always first class and in one case I didn’t realise it had been five years between visits! They are my go-to for all things drains and plumbing- I don’t go anywhere else now and haven’t done for six years.
The first thing that impressed me with Dr Drains was a polite phone call from Jeremy to advise he was running 10 minutes late...On arrival he gave great service and explained honestly and clearly the (big) issue with my plumbing. I am yet to decide the next step but certainly will consider Dr Drains for the major work.

Just a quick note to say how pleased I was with Dr Drains’ service yesterday. Jason and Tim arrived on time; they worked diligently and efficiently; and they were very pleasant to deal with. The tree roots are all sorted and the toilets have stopped gurgling! I’d definitely recommend them.

Jeremy was excellent. On time, communicated the issues and then sorted them as quickly as possible with no fuss! I will use him every time I have a plumbing issue from now on. You can not do better.

No end of plumbing issues after receiving our house from the builder. Turns out a big drainage pipe was run over during construction and cracked under the concrete slab. Jason and his staff were extremely helpful in sorting out the issues and helped me out by talking through the relining process with the builder which was extremely helpful! The staff knew their stuff and obviously took pride in their work. I could not reccomend them more.
We would like to advise you that the work undertaken by Jason at our property last Friday (27 Feb) and by both Jason and Paul yesterday (5 Mar) was outstanding.
The work was completed in a very timely manner, the work undertaken yesterday looks very professional and the clean up couldn't have been done better, especially given the work undertaken.
Jason and Paul themselves were extremely pleasant and are good ambassadors for Dr Drains.
We would not hesitate to contact your company again if we require further plumbing work completed, and will gladly recommend both the company and Jason in particular to friends.
Drain clearing using a jet (very difficult spot). Quoted over the phone, turned up at the agreed time, nothing was too difficult, very competitive price. Jason was a gem. Much appreciated.

Outstanding service. Jeremy was about to help us out on a Sunday morning. Because we had just moved in he also looked at another plumbing issue. Nothing was a problem.

Dr Drains did what I asked: arrived on time after calling my work place so that I could arrive at the same time; the drains were unblocked & a new riser was put in. The plumber was professional & courteous.
