Dont let the receptionists scare you. Neil is amazing, I can definitely say this after seeing 3 ENTs beforehand. Truely cares about his patients, highly recommend for everyone!

Dr Vallance was warm and very personable.. It is obvious that he is highly skilled in his field .. Fortunately for me my issue was a simple fix and I don’t need to follow up at this stage . However I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Vallance .

I’ve seen Neil on occasion for around 25 years. Apart from being an intelligent and knowledgeable doctor who is at the top of his field in a medical town, he’s full of curiosity, has always been open to contribution and new ideas and he is a charming man. He also communicates well and he makes ENT look easy.

Neil did septoplasty and turbinate reduction for me. I am happy with the results. He does not talk much, you can tell he is a pro by watching his hands in action.

What a wonderful Doctor, in this day an age that is hard to say, but Neil was a breath of fresh air, highly recommend. They must have new receptionists, because they were also lovely and ,ore than helpful!

How unfortunate the same c annoy be said of his receptionist. A simple request to inquire about important past records was met with an obstructive sneer.

Neil, on the other hand, is an exceptional surgeon and an exceptionally talented and intelligent surgeon.

I was very apprehensive when visiting the E.N.T for the first time, completely unaware of what to expect. I was very relieved and pleased to have such a fantastic experience with Dr. Vallance and his surgery team, from initial consultation in his Frankston rooms, to post-operative check ups at two of Melbourne's major hospitals. Often consulting a specialist can be a really daunting experience, and sometimes a far from personable experience for something so personal. I love that I found the contrary was my experience with Dr. Vallance, and I felt well treated, well heard and always in professional caring hands. Highly recommended surgeon.
