This center provides a prompt service though I have a bad experience with them. I went their few days ago for X-ray as I had a very serious pain. Unfortunately I lost my medicare card in the X ray room while changing dress for X-ray. In the reception area I found that my medicare card was lost. I told one of the ladies of the desk of reception area about the problem. But she was very unhelpful. She just told that they don't keep medicare card. I was looking for my card on the floor of reception area with my back injury. She was just ignoring the problem. I asked her again that is it possible to go inside to look for my card and I told her the X ray room no. But she just told no u can't though she could help me by asking someone else to look for the card for me. At last I wrote my details in a piece of paper and gave her and told her that if anyone find my card just let me know. But she took the paper unlikely
and told the card isn't there. Before leaving I saw another staff coming from inside and I told her about my card. When I left Glenn Centre and was going to see my doctor I got a phone call from the other staff that she found the card in the X ray room.
I went back and collect my medicare card at last. So I can't decide the customer service of this centre. One staff was helpful at the other hand the first staff was not worth to deal with patients.
