Initial installation quality wasn't good but it looks like they will fix it. Will update if/when resolved.

Dpp installed the modern wall panels in my new home 2 years ago. Great job and an excellent product. There were some issues that the builder said “ not my problem, talk to DPP” . I’m not sure who caused the problem, most likely the builder, BUT, DPP have done everything possible and gone above and beyond to fix everything. Their service is exceptional. The only reason it took so long was due to ,yes, COVID, and my work schedule.
I would not hesitate to recommend hydronic heating, it’s just cosy and comforting without any noise or dry eyes from air blowing around the home. And if you are considering hydronic heating, then go to DPP.

We found them prompt efficient and competitive with their quote. We took their recommendation of a bigger boiler and the lid has allowed us to extend our system over the past 5 years.
Their service team are very capable and worked in very dirty tight spaces without complaint. Unlike a gas installer, they didn’t break anything or interfere with our other trades.
We have had no issues and changing our thermostat to a remote Nest thermostat was no issue.
We can’t recommend them highly enough. Happy to provide this reference from a happy and long standing customer.

Our inslab hydronic installation was due on 12th August and we were told it would take 2 men 1 day. It is now 31st August and still not complete. Their technicians come and go and we are not given any explanation from their Operations Management. In fact our phone calls and emails are ignored.
It is not the technicians fault - they are told where to go by DPP Management. Do yourself a favour - go elsewhere and don't endure their complete lack of customer service. They are cowboys.

This review is disappointing and unwarranted. If you are reading this review find our reply below and make your own judgement. Thanks for understanding.

NOTE: We are in the middle of the Covid19 6 weeks lockdown where only 5 people can be on site. We're very pleased to still be able to trade but it has massive challenges in meeting all client expectations.

It is correct that this job has taken much longer than it should have. When the 5 people on site rule came in we had to shuffle a lot of work, to which most clients were very understanding and also thankful that we could still trade.

We had supply issues with our heat pump supplier and received the goods late. Again this pushed off this particular clients booking. Then we received a 3 phase unit and not a single-phase one. We are very apologetic and can easily see how this led to more frustration.

We are very sorry we couldn't meet expectations but we've had a lot going against us. Our customer support team have had many a phone call and don't agree with this clients statement of ignoring them.

Regards dPP Team.

In response to dpp's comments. The review was completely warranted and desrved. Their customer support people completely ignored me. We too can only have 5 people on site so it makes it difficult when people come and go as they please. A courteous phone call or email is all it takes.

Great job on the hydronic install with top quality equipment. Fantastic price & service. It was a difficult job as house is double brick with no under floor access. I was however disappointed as they left some poor internal finishing on few walls. They did come back to try fix but left again with few areas that I had to fix up. Nothing major but just putty & paint. The heating is excellent with wonderful heat. Overall happy with the work and Damien was extremely helpful and great go deal with. Also we got a very good deal so was happy with the value for money.

Fantastic service and great product. Damien is not only a knowledgeable specialist in his field but simply a very pleasant person to deal with. He and his team practically flipped over backwards to accommodate our requirements, which for various reasons were not straightforward. I highly recommend DPP Hydronic Heating to anyone.

We had our old hydronic radiators removed, the old boiler disconnected, and a new boiler and radiator panels installed in May 2013 by DPP Hydronics, and we couldn't be happier. All of the staff were punctual, professional, and went out of their way to explain things and answer all of our questions (especially Damien and Kim in the office - she is a gem!). Emails and phone calls were always returned when they said they would be, and the guys were very neat/clean and respectful of our property. We have a bit of a weird house that was cobbled together by a DIYer, which caused some plumbing problems for the boys from DPP, and they had to come back twice to fix some issues caused by the shoddy previous work that had been done, but they really went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy and that everything was 'just so'. I can't recommend these folks highly enough if you want top quality products and installation, and if it's important for you to deal with a reliable, punctual and helpful team.

We were referred t DPP via friends and could not be happier with the service. Damien came to the house and did a comprehensive quote, discussed all our needs and took into account our thoughts and wishes. He was extremely responsive to our needs and clearly discussed and answered all our questions. The guys doing the install were extremely clean and tidy and it was like they had not even been there after the first day.

We have had hydronic heating installed by DPP 2 years ago in our 3bedroom house. Sime boiler, Biasi radiators and heated towel rail were installed. We are very happy with everything, the heat is very comfortable through the whole house. It has been great not having dust blown through ducts since we have allergies. The installation was done very well and promptly.

We have used dPP in two houses now for our hydronic heating. Damien is an absolute pleasure to deal with and his team are very professional. I have recommended dPP to numerous friends and would 100% do it in the future. Great team who work hard and deserve the business.

We had hydronic heating installed in our house in South Melbourne. We got 3 quotes and went with DPP. They just seemed to offer the best technical solution to our house which is a blend of 19th and 21st century structure. It was a tricky job with pipes through internal walls, clipping around a concrete slab, guys crawling under the house, and up aside the second story gutter. It was a two day job and they hit it hard with all hands on deck. All up they came with a good solution to a difficult house, administered the process well, executed the job fiercely and cleaned up with a nice finish. Would recommend in a flash.
