If I could give no stars I would. I ordered some military shoulder pads and never received them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. It’s been a year and no replies to any of my emails…I’ve just given up on them and lost my money

Don't trust this company. They are a scam. The reviews on this site are obviously by the company because if you look at other review sites they are all showing true reviews. I spent $500 at this store and never received any products. They send emails saying they are having distribution and stock issues and then ghost you. You can't even access their contact system on their site and their socials all have comments turned off. TOTAL SCAM!

Do not buy from them. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I ordered in December. Received nothing so far. They stopped replying to email when I asked for a refund. Reported to ACCC and lodged credit card dispute with the bank back in February.

5 months and still waiting for my purchase, no reply from company. If you're still waiting and haven't had a reply from them, report them to the Australian competition and consumer commission. The company has an ABN and is registered so hopefully the ACCC can investigate.
ZERO STARS!! THIS IS A SCAM!! Placed an order 8 weeks ago. They took my money and never sent my order. Tried contacting multiple times, even via social media. Now the website has been shut down. I want my money back!!

I ordered from this site back in November of 2022. It’s now end of Feb 2023 and have had no response other than it’s on its way. I’ve asked for a refund as still no package and I’m not getting any replies. Would not recommend at all. Even 1 star is generous. Never again.
I ordered from this store in hope to have my festival outfit. It never turned up. I emailed and was lucky to receive an email saying my parcel was lost and they will send a new one. I’m lucky considering others haven’t had any responses.
My new parcel arrived weeks later and one of the items is missing. Now I’ve been ghosted from the last 3 emails enquiring about a refund
Do not purchase! Im still waiting for my order from Dec, and requests to cancel my order and provide a refund are being ignored. There are many ppl posting on socials about this same issue and they keep deleting the comments. Zero transparency!!! Like the zero customer service from this business Where’s my refund?!?!

Made an order on the 5th of Jan. Heard nothing made a number of enquiries with no response. I can see this is happening a lot to other customer via their comments on insta.. pity, I wanted the gear.

I’ve asked for a refund each time and no response! Will be lodging a complaint with ACCC!

I made an order at the start of December. It's been over 6 weeks and they don't even have it in stock. They would only offer a store credit or that I continue to wait when I asked for a refund. Had to go through PayPal to receive a refund. Don't buy from this store.
Wouldn’t recommend , I wish I’d read the reviews first before ordering . Still waiting on a tracking number and any confirmation that my order has been sent . Have now contacted my bank and will be making a complaint to consumer rights here in nz
Do not buy from this store! 1 star is 1 too many. There's a very good reason why they do not have reviews set up on Google and Facebook.
Where do I start...
So I ordered two mens shirts, and one ladies shorts. The quality of the mens shirts were HORRENDOUS. Much too small, fabric quality was awful and all round felt like it would fall apart after one wear. The shorts size Small wouldn't go above my knees - I'm a size 8 (sometimes 6).
I asked for a refund as it was getting too close to the event I wanted to wear them to. They point blank refused, long wait times for replies, didn't listen to a word I was saying, zero compassion, cut and paste responses.
Reluctantly accepted store credit for the shirts and swapped shorts for bigger size. They knew that i needed the shorts for an upcoming event and assured me it would be there... well, the shorts didn't leave the warehouse for another 4 WEEKS.
When chased up I was told 'they were in production still'. So they lied knowing full well I would not have these shorts in time.
I've since followed up 2 more times, zero response.
The fact that any store does not have a decent returns and refund policy is a very bold statement that they do not believe in their own products. In a world of ASOS and ICONIC, you've got to step up. Having read some reviews and Doof Store replies below is flabbergasting, they're rude and pass all blame to their customers. How you have a business is beyond me, you need to do some serious customer service training.
All I want is to send these bloody shorts back and get a refund. NEVER AGAIN. Be warned!
If you want to order for your event order 3 months in advance so you can get it in time (maybe)
Do not buy from this store. I received my 2 shirts and the quality is so bad .I paid $200I feel ripped off I will never wear them. They also smelt horrible.I don't understand how they are a business .

I ordered a leopard print coat from here and the product is slightly different from advertised (smaller spots and less long fur) but quite good quality and very warm! Price was reasonable and they were honest about delivery time (paid for express 5-10 business days and came in 6, including time to dispatch). I was worried about what I would receive based on previous reviews and seeing it was coming from China but turned out okay. Probably wouldn’t order regularly from here and without doing thorough searching for alternatives but it paid off this time
I just don't think they are worth buying from. Explanation of ratings are as follows. QUALITY 2/5: I don't expect $80 shirt quality from a $40 fast fashion shirt. I expect it to hold up for 1 or 2 festivals and not much beyond that. I would give three stars being that the quality and materials are pretty appropriate for the low end of what I would expect at that price point, but I docked another star because the sizing is wildly inconsistent. I bought two festival shirts both in large. One fits like a large and one like an Small, maybe even XS. It is unwearable. This brings me to SERVICE, 1/5 stars: So when I contacted them about this sizing issue, I got an obvious cut and paste reply about making sure I read the sizing description. Well I went back and looked at it and sizing for both shirts are exactly the same but one is unwearable unless I want to look like the Hulk tearing out of his human clothes when he transforms. That and the shipping estimates were wildly off. That and every time you contact them it takes at least a couple business days for a response. This is 2022. Internet commerce should be much more smoother. And this brings me to VALUE: 2/5. Again, the stuff is cheaply made but its not expensive. I got a couple pairs of leggings which I don't think will last long at Burning Man, but hey they were 1/3 of the price or less of what I saw on Amazon or Etsy for similar products. And its not like I have much use for them outside of the playa. So I'm pretty happy with that purchase. The shirt that I can't wear I do have the option of exchanging, but I have to pay for the postage back to Australia and risk getting another non-fitting shirt and being out more money. I'm just going to cut my losses on that one and gift it out on the playa if I can.
Overall, not a great customer experience, longer than expected shipping times, and low quality products priced probably slightly higher than they should be. I will not be a return customer. I hope this review was helpful :)
