I was so impressed today with the efficient and helpfulness of the fridge assistant (Robyn).
My fridge had suddenly stopped working. She went out of her way and I had a new fridge delivered approximately 3 hours later. Best service I have ever experienced.
I can't thank the sales woman in the electrical department enough for the exceptional service I received on Thursday last week for bending over backwards to source a new fridge for me as there was no available stock anywhere locally & I would have had to wait several days for one to come in the next week as it was the long weekend.Thanks for her help my new fridge was delivered on Saturday & I couldn't be happier.

I have recently visited domayne warrawong to discuss how I was lied to during the sale of my computer. I was given false and misleading information. This is fraud to a Real Estate Agent so why can a department store get away with it. I also needed a replacement computer because the device bluetooth has been faulty and the magnetic pen holder is broken. The machine overheats and blanks out. Domayne refused to replace to Asus Eee Slate, even when at the time of sale I purchased the 3 year extended warranty. What a joke. I wonder what Gerry Harvey will say. No wonder he is going broke.

Domayne Warrawong has contacted me in regards to my purchase of the ASUS E-Slate. I paid with my credit card and they can't seem to find my purchase. How convenient for them. I will have to wait until I get my accountant to provide me with the receipt number. It has me baffled how a company can operate like this. Is this a professional organization? I can see why online retailers are winning the fight to provide the best customer service and prices to the people. I would never return to a store where I have been ripped off and deceived. I recently purchased a few things from Kogan Technologies. And everything arrived on time. I received free delivery and I saved hundreds when comparing the prices to Harvey Norman or Domayne. Why would I shop retail again!
Great range, and competitive prices, although the service is very pressure-based. Some discounts apply when paying in cash. Warranty services can be slow and paintful at times though.
We have purchased alot over the years from Domayne in Warrawong, NSW, but the last 2 items we had delivered were both not the items we paid for! Very dissapointing service!
