Yvonne & everyone at Direct Framing are the best there is...we do not go to or trust any other framing business.
They looked after me pretty well when I have some SES certificates and medals framed 3 years ago and they are now doing another frame for 3 more certificates and mounting my medals.
I highly recommend Rick and staff for any framing project as they will help design, chose the best frame and give you a quote before they start on your job
I had some issues with the original work and was not happy. I was contacted by Rick and asked to bring my piece back to be checked. Upon checking the piece, Rick agreed with my concerns and set about fixing the issue.

We had purchased number of large original artworks on paper from Bluethumb, and I had been concerned about how much it was going to cost to frame them. Not only did the framing come in under budget, the customer service was of a level scarcely found these days. Yvonne was happy to make suggestions regarding the glass size that would save us money!! I can't recommend them enough and will continue to use them as our collection grows. Thank you!!
When I need family collages to be framed and a Father's day photograph, I called up and they had it done in no time. So check these out they are wonderful!

These guys saved my life! The professional understanding help I received in getting my son's footy coaches gift sorted was amazing. With 8 days to go until our team breakup we hit a road block. Our initial plan was to do everything hand made with love (timber frame, jersey mounted and border insert full of pics of the team), but unfortunately it just didn't work out that way. We had made our own border insert and these guys worked their magic to make it work, they also made a plaque to match. Was a one of a kind result and was loved by everyone especially Coach! It is now up on his wall in the 'man cave' for all to see. Thank you!

I have had two items framed, one very large, the other a delicate vintage magazine advertisement from the 1920s. Both experiences have been exceptional with advice based on many years of experience. They respectfully worked with me rather than for me. The frames worked to enhance the images rather than compete with them and I was also advised to use UV museum glass to protect the delicate and damaged image further. The work is turned around quickly without compromising quality and the prices are very reasonable. i even used a generous gift voucher they sent out for Christmas as a valued customer, even though I had only used them once. They were recommended to me by a friend and now i recommend them to others. They are my framer of choice. Great turn around, very professional and exceptional quality.

I had a poster that I wanted to get framed, not only were they outstanding value, the service was great as was the workmanship and the turn around time was only a couple of days, would definitely recommend!
I've had quite a few items framed by this company and they have done a fabulous job with everything. I got back today some war medals of my grandfathers and they were even able to have the ribbons redone exactly. They give you the right advice and do an awesome job. Thanks

I had 6 watercolor paintings framed here, and I have to say that the end result was better than I could have imagined.
When I entered the showroom, Yvonne spent a lot of time with me guiding my vision and suggesting ideas until we found the perfect frame.

I found Direct Framing through the net. I have just collected the sketch of our boys which was done overseas. When I handed it over to Yvonne to frame it looked good, when I picked it up it now looks great. Yvonnes experience shines through in the advice she gave in relation to matting, framing size, colour and which glass to use to protect the piece.
