Digitech

I took my laptop to Digitech to get it repaired. They were marginally helpful. The specified charges are pretty reasonable (but see below!). Unfortunately, despite giving them my phone number, they 'lost' my number, so they didn't contact me for a week, and when it turned out they couldn't repair my computer, they tried to sell me a ratty, old refurbished, overpriced desktop computer.

Add to this returning to pick up broken computer and being charged almost double more than what I was quoted only days previously, and this is a shop I will never return to! They said it was for 'extra work' but couldn't find it on the receipt and refused to give me a clear explanation!

My advice: don't trust these guys and don't shop here!!
