I wanted to purchase two new Eizo monitors but was unsure about the differences between the models available. I spoke with Tony and he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain clearly the differences between them. Nothing was too much trouble. He even called to check on the availability and gave me a great price and threw in free delivery as well. As it turned out, one of the monitors was on back order and when it wasn't available from the supplier after a number of weeks had passed, Tony offered the next level up model to me at no additional cost. Excellent customer service and very friendly as well. Thank you Tony! These monitors are perfect!

I have been looking to buy a new digital camera and went here to check out the prices. I am travelling OS so am shopping duty free. I compared the prices here with those at the Sydney Terminal duty free shop and here was so much cheaper.

It was cheaper to buy from digiDirect and pay full price that it was to buy at the airport duty free shop. Of course, I can now claim back the GST when I travel in a fortnight.

After I claim back my duty, I will be paying $342.65 instead of the $399 duty free price at the airport.

The shop itself does not carry a huge range but they can get in just about anything you want if you ask and you can shop on line if you wish. The staff were both knowledgeable and helpful and I am still surprised by the price difference when I had always expected duty free to be cheaper than retail. I wont fall for that again!
