didntpay.com.au is a DIY tool for debt collection. All you do is list the unpaid invoice on the website and it is published for the world to view. The funds are remitted directly to your bank account. The idea is genius. No need to deal with debt collectors. An unpaid invoice that was oustanding for well over 1 year was resolved the day after it was listed!!
