Dick Smith Electronics

Went to the store to buy a wireless modem with voip, as moved into a new place & had trouble getting the phone connected. When i asked the staff i was given a modem which was meant to be voip capable but when i got home to set it up it did not work with voip so had to take back to swap over but then was told by another staff member they do not stock voip capable modem's.
