I went here to get a new T.V. arial. They contracted the work out and the company was les than satisfactory, but I cannot fault Dick Smiths efforts and the young manager for trying to get me value for money

service was great, as soon as i entered the store i was offered help. I found what i was looking for and left. in and out like i like it. The prices were a bit expensive but the quality was good.
Dick Smith is a little over priced with most of the products, they somehow get away with it maybe because they are a well known company, the narellan shop in particular i've found has very poor service, one time that i was there waiting to be served there was 3 people working the shop was fairly quiet, one of the service people was serving a customer and the other 2 were playing guitar hero on the instored playstation, i stood at the counter for quite some time and finally got served by one of the workers after they had finished playing there game, thats great service.
