i went there to look for a new phone, and as a teenager im very picky and can be quite moody, a worker came over and was so nice and put up with me, he was so friendly and after about 30 minutes i finally picked a phone with his help. such a great store
The wife & I have had reason to purchase items, from this store, where technical advice was needed. Staff, on each occasion have been very polite & helpful.
I go out of my way to visit this store due to the good service.
I needed a new mobile phone and the one I wanted wasn't available in store at the time. One of the employees overheard my conversation and he happened to own the phone I was after. He happily showed me the phone and let me use it to see if I liked it. He even wrote down the web address of a company that sold the protective covers for the phone for me. I ordered one then and there! I'm very impressed by the service.
Was looking for a digital camera. Found a few on sale and had to look around for someone to help me. Finally got sales assistant's attention but not much help offered. Camera I chose was a very good brand at a great price.

These guys are so rude and not in the least bit helpful. They were awful to me when I went back with an exchange and although I had a receipt that was not expired they did everything possible to make the whole experience horrible. They are not reasonably priced. You can get better quality items at more affordable prices at other places.
Had to buy wiring and adapters to set up home theatre. The guy was very helpful and showed me how to hook everything up and also do it in the cheapest way.
