Bustling cafe with excellent food! On the weekends, service can be a bit slower because it is really busy - and often dishes will come out at different times. Despite this, definitely worth the wait because the food is exceptional. Also, the ice cream and desserts are superb!
Love this cafe! Gets very busy on weekends for brunch so be prepared because you might have to wait. We ordered the goats curd and pumpkin bruschetta ($15) and 'Lost in Zen Garden' ($19), which was the highlight of this visit to Devon, we loved it! It's the newest french toast served with yuzu curd, vanilla and olive oil ice cream and matcha soil.
One thing I will say, dont expect huge serving sizes! They dishes both looked quite small however I was still full after sharing these with my sister.
Both of us also ordered a matcha latte which was a bit too powdery tasting for my liking, but the flavour was still great.
Another downside is that they forgot our order so we were waiting a long time for our food! The waiter came and told us very apologetically though even before we had the chance to ask, which we appreciated.
Would highly recommend a visit to this cafe if you are after a unique brunch experience with great produce, an inventive, asian-fusion menu.
