Remedial Massage - Cupping

I had a remedial massage at Charlie Lily and my therapist offered cupping therapy which uses glass suction cups that draw the blood through tense muscles and it helps the body to repair itself. I was very impressed with this treatment as I remember my (Mediterranean) grandmother using this technique using scotch glasses whenever we were sick and it always improved our strength. I have cupping therapy done at Charlie Lily once a fortnight to maintain my health and wellness and I rarely get sick.

Eyebrow Embroidery (semi-permanent eyebrows)

I first visited Charlie Lily to have a designer brow design and I was very impressed with my therapists' wealth of knowledge about eyebrows and in particular how important my eyebrows were. I'd never take my eyebrows so seriously before this day, although I was aware of their desperate need for professional brow sculpting. I'd plucked my brows for years (into the wrong, uneven and thin shape that I became stuck with). My therapist suggested eyebrow embroidery which are hair strokes drawn in using a feathering technique, lasting 2-3 years. I had the treatment done (I had 3 sessions) and I LOVE my new eyebrows! I now understand what it's like to have perfect eyebrows.

I work in the Rialto so they are ever so convenient and with therapists always open to early or late appointments I have never had a problem finding an appointment time, a friend brought me a gift voucher for a custom Designer Brow Design and I admit I was skeptical after countless disasters with other 'brow specialists' but all my doubts were put to rest as my therapist talked me through the entire consultation shaping process and discussed tinting options, I was amazed by my results, I have never looked back since. All my massage needs are met by all therapists from juniors, seniors and advanced therapists, waxing is completed with speed and comfort in mind, threading is always perfect and the ladies wont have you walking out the door unhappy EVER
I can not rave about the team at Charlie lily nearly enough, doesn't matter my therapist as all the ladies are all impeccably trained and can help you with anything from a basic manicure to a full body massage to hair removal and more

I am now hooked on Aspect products! I was recommended to Charlie Lily by a girlfriend who works in the Rialto. I live in Southbank, a short walk from the Rialto which is great. They are also open until 7:30, so I can catch a tram down Collins Street after work! I was using Clinique products for my oily skin that were simply not working! (My therapist soon explained why.) The products Charlie Lily use are cosmeceuticals, not cosmetics! So they are very results driven. I booked in for a Blemish/Oil control Medi-Facial. It was amazing! I really felt the products working! And the beauty therapist matched the right product for my face, rather than following a ‘general guide.' When I have booked a facial in the past at other salons they are fluffy, I walk out feeling relaxed but there are no improvements to my skin. This facial was completely results driven and my skin felt smoother and unclogged. I walked out of Charlie Lily with a starter kit and some highly active serums that I have been using every day. I am booked in for my very first peel next week and I'm very excited!

I had never had my eyebrows threaded, so I did a search on Google and came across a website called designer brows (www.designerbrows.com.au). It was exactly what I was looking for and in the city right near Southern Cross station, so easy to get to! I booked my appointment online and received a confirmation email shortly after. I even received a reminder email 1 day prior to my appointment! I jumped on the train to Southern Cross and took a 5 min walk to the Rialto. When I arrived, the lifts were quite confusing so I asked the concierge desk how to get there. They were very friendly and directed me the right way. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by a lovely girl and I was taken to a relaxation area and given herbal tea. Shortly after that I was greeted by my brow specialist who gave me a thorough consultation on what we could achieve. I was very excited as I only ever had quick eyebrow waxes at beauty salons. My therapist spent 30mins threading, tweezing, trimming and tinting my eyebrows into a full, slightly arched shape. I have never had so much care taken in my eyebrows, ever! I loved the threading as my skin is very sensitive to wax. I found that the threading did not irritate my skin at all! I was so excited to see perfect brows. Not only that, my whole face looked different! You don't realise that great eyebrows are going lift your whole appearance! I rebooked my follow up appointment for one month after on a Saturday (which is very convenient as I work on week days), and I cannot wait to go back! I have had so many compliments on my brows. I am a regular client of Charlie Lily as I always get my eyebrows done there. The therapist is really expert as she knows what shape suits my face best! I love the shape of my brows that the therapist did! She did an amazing job that I look more confident with my eyebrows so outstanding. Once in a while, I pamper myself to a relaxation massage that they offer as I get sores on my back especially my neck and shoulders. It's been a great and lovelyt experience with Charlie Lily that I would definitely recommend to eveyone! I also managed to take a few photos of the waiting lounge which is so welcoming. Charlie Lily is such a nice place to relax and destress!

After having a bad experience from another salon with my brows, I was recommended to try Charlie Lily. Finding this place wasn't easy, like all Melbourne gems, I discovered it hidden amongst the corporate world in the Rialto Towers on Collins St. The staff were very professional and very understanding about how I wanted my brows to look. My eyebrows were patchy and a little uneven so it was hard to find a place that specialized in eyebrows. I've read up on eyebrow embroidery and found out that Charlie Lily does this - they really know their stuff. My brows are now even and fuller looking but very natural. They don't just do your brows and send you away, the brow designers actually take the time to assess and measure your facial features so that no mistakes are made. Charlie Lily is about complete perfection! My brow designer did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you are looking to have the perfect brows with friendly but meticulous brow designers, I would recommend Charlie Lily.

Can I just say, I now have the best brow ever! Thank you Alyce!! I got to the point where I gave up with my brows. They were hideous! I was having coffee with a girlfriend that I couldn't help but admire how beautiful her brows looked. She told me that she had just been to see a Brow specialist, Designer Brows by Charlie Lily in the Rialto Building (I didn't even know there was a beauty salon in there!). I couldn't ask for the number fast enough. When i called to book in, I talked to Alyce herself which was great because I didn't know exactly what a brow makeover entailed and she answered all the questions I had. The day before my appointment i received a reminder email which I thought was very handy. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and led to a relaxing sit down area and offered a yummy herbal tea. I then had Alyce lead through to a cozy room where she performed her magic on my brows. I was so amazed with the end result! I would happily recommend her to anyone wanting the extra touch to their brows!

It started when I searched on line and I came across their website, designerbrows.com.au and I thought to myself, "Well that's a good name for an Eyebrow Shaping Salon!".
I decided to have a Brow Make-over and I could book my appointment on-line which was very convenient for me (I work in an open office).
I received a confirmation email and then a reminder email the day before my appointment - I thought that this was very handy because sometimes you can let these things slip by.
When I arrived at Charlie Lily in the Rialto, I was impressed with the beautiful Moroccan decor and how immediately relaxing it was in this place. My therapist, Alyce greeted me at the reception and led me to the "relaxation room" where I was given a consultation form and a rose hip tea served in a beautiful Moroccan tea glass with gold plated swirls going around it.
Once I completed my form, Alyce led me to the Brow Designing room where I could relax and have my brows done. After about 20 minutes of Alyce's gentle pampering, she showed me her talented artwork with a hand mirror - and loe and behold my brows have never looked better. I left the Rialto feeling confident and looking absolutely stunning.
