I had items to be moved interstate from Syd to Melb last nov I was missing 1 box and asked Deol to find as it had some sentimental items in it that my mother sent to me.Deol to their credit tried to find but could not. Then out of the blue they contacted me this week to say they had found it. I am very grateful for them contacting me and having these item returned. I know things can go wrong some times but its all about having a business that treats the customers as # 1 priority and staying true to their commitments. I will recommend them to my friends and wish them all the best in their future goals. You have made one 88 yr old grandmother very happy.

Don’t just don’t. They never call you back once you have paid them. They don’t show up when they tell you they will. They don’t deliver when they tell they will, they do not look after your items. Just don’t.......
I would NOT recommend this company ever, I booked a morning move between 8am - 10am called the first time at 10 when no truck had arrived, was told that they were just running late. I then called a further 5 times between 1030 and 130pm, I was lied to told they would be 15 min, then half an hour and several other excuses. I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor only to be left on hold for 15min and then told he was in a meeting that was more important than my complaint! I finally spoke to a female supervisor that confirmed that I had never been booked in the morning and that in fact the truck I had booked was no longer available as it was still at the previous job and they would need to find someone else to fill my booking. The truck finally arrived at 4pm, they had contracted out the job to another company. I had been left waiting all day, lied to and treated like a second class citizen because I complained. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Professionalism = 1/5. Got contacted by multiple staff all providing different pricing. When I accepted pricing and had locked in the job I was contacted to advise there was a mistake and they wouldn't honour the pricing given ... this was 1 business day before the move. Ended up having to agree to a higher pricing to proceed. Workmanship = 1/5. The removalists sent by Deol had a very poor understanding of English and didn't really understand what was going on. Items marked as fragile and for nothing to be stacked on top of (ie. crystal glassware) had other boxes stacked on top and ended up broken. Antique furniture which the removalists were specifically told to take care of and provide plenty of padding were not taken care of and were not padded. When unpacking at the end location one removalist was dragging an antique couch, on it's side, along the base of the truck resulting in gouging/scratching to it. Bike was rammed in on top of other stuff and wheel bent resulting in a now wonky wheel. The trucks arrived with plenty of padding however it largely stayed where it was stacked at the edge of the truck and was barely used. The removalists also suggested certain heavier items be taken to the new premises on my ute as opposed to in their truck :s Everything seemed just a little too hard for them!! I have now put in an insurance claim for some of the damaged items and been advised to wait 10-14 business days for someone to assess. Based on my experience I would not recommend others moving with this company.

Terrible service. They arrived 3 hours late to pick up goods. The goods were not delivered on the notified day or give notice about non-delivery – I had to chase them.
When delivered there were items missing and damaged.

Cheapest quote we could find, but only they delivered half our stuff and then demanded $300 more. Left marks on our bookcase and we are missing screws.
