I have had some long term treatment with these guys I can honestly say this is the best dental surgery I have ever been to. I've found that going to the dentist is never a fun experience, but Ryan is the best dentist I have ever had and I've been to a few.. trust me. The administrative support bend over backwards to be accommodating when booking appointments etc. I can't rate this organisation highly enough!

I have been going to Dr Alan Fitzpatrick for 5 years now and he is professional, caring, and always numbs my gum before he puts in the needle and I never feel a thing. I even had root canal work done and hardly felt anything at all and he constantly asked me if I was ok right through the procedure. He is very considerate.The receptionist girls are always polite, caring and informative, they are only too pleased to help, and have rescheduled many appointments for me, I HIGHLY recommend DentArana.

The receptionist is extremely efficient and they fitted me in for an appointment when I went with my friend. I find the Dr that did my procedure thorough, professional and informative. What value for money. I receive texts from them whenever they have a special on. They honour their specials and even let me make another booking to get the same special in a months time. Everyone is polite and they treat you with respect. There is plenty of parking.

I visited the dentist here earlier in the year for a routine check up. The dentist was 30 minutes late, I appreciate this happens but I had to ask reception how late they were running no one kept me informed. Once in the chair I found the way the dentist spoke to her assistant very dismissive and didn't make me feel at ease. I mentioned a slight tooth ache and before I knew it or had given permission my gum was numbed and a filling was being put in. $500 later for a check up & one filling I left feeling very disappointed and upset by my experience. Leaving with a quote I found flights back home to the UK and had a four week holiday for the same cost. My UK dentist said none of the six fillings I was quoted for were needed at all. I won;t be returning to Dentarana that's for sure!
