I will never order from here again!
They take the $15 delivery fee and you get nothing in return! "Can't fulfil the order due to technical difficulties" what an absolute joke, if there's something "wrong" with your system don't let people order and don't take people's money!

Ok, we have had a few mix ups with these guys and I have to say, enough is enough. The last straw came when I discovered that one of the drivers had either accidentally or purposefully added around $4 to the order, so that I got charged more than the order actually was. The only reasons for this is either the driver is so bad at maths he can't be trusted, or he is a thief. I don't know which, and I don't care.

I emailed customer service about the issue, which happened in conjunction with another issue, and the consultant said 'if he found anything he would get back to me'. I had ALREADY found something - he just needed to easily double check MY maths, and he would have come to the same conclusion I did - yet he never got back to me.

Although some of the customer service has been better than this, overall I can no longer trust or recommend delivery boyz.

The service these guys offer is fantastic. I can sympathise with the the other reviewer in that their service does not seem to be perfectly aligned with their intentions.
I didn't receive an itemised receipt for my transaction - just a paypal transaction, with all the costs lumped into one transaction, so I didn't know what each item had cost - which is not optimal, given Australian consumer law makes it clear that itemised receipts are a must.

However: I was in a tight spot. I had just had a wisdom tooth taken out, and I was doped up to my eyeballs on painkillers so I couldn't drive. I thought I had purchased enough food to last me, but I was out, and my painkillers were low.

So I used this service, and they were a TOTAL GODSEND!! They brought me soup and painkillers, and their costs were $15 for the initial delivery, $5 for the second delivery, and some surcharge of a few dollars which I dont totally understand.

Although their communication is a bit terrible, paying around $22 to have totally life saving soups and painkillers delivered to me when I was in desperate need, was entirely worth it. A fabulous service that I am sure will get better with time.

Just make sure you ask for receipts and be very clear in your requests when you are filling out the online forms, and I think you will avoid the problem I had ;-)

Personally I have not ordered through this company yet and after my experience with them I'm not sure that I would.

2 weeks ago I used the the contact section of their website to ask them why only Visa/credit card was the only payment option and for them to to add Paypal as a payment method so people like myself can also used their service. You know what response I was met with? "Visa is not a credit card." How ridiculous! Their answer had nothing to do with my question and shows that they didn't even take the time to read my question properly!

After further contact they are continuing to push their original answer even though I have pointed out to them that it has nothing to do with my original question.

Throughout my contact with them via email they have responded in a rude manner and have been keen to push their answer as being right, without having anything to do with the original question.

The only plus side is that they have now turned around and said that Paypal is now being added, but still going on about "Visa not being a credit card" which is very frustrating. They need to learn to listen to questions asked and to answer them, not push answers to non existant questions.

Their delivery service may well be fantastic, I don't know yet. But with such bad staff managing contact emails from potential customers, they will lose a lot of customers.

$15 Delivery + cost of food.
