Caused nothing but grief over the course of 6 weeks. Specifically stayed home from work twice and he didn't turn up, didn't even call, then when I asked why told me he'd already been down near me the day before so wasn't in his interest to go down again, and that he had "already told me that the day before" despite having never contacted me, and I have the phone records to prove it. Then said I didn't even need to be home; just mark where the septic access port was and he'd stop by the next week, which he did not, a pattern he repeated for the next few weeks before I gave up & left a message for him to not bother. Finally went for a big company (wanted to support a local originally) which came on time and ended up being cheaper, despite coming from much further away. Do yourself a favour and avoid, especially if you work away from home.
