Pretty good level of service. Definiately more staff available to help you than at Myer however, the prices are higher. Stock is well displayed and easy to find. Good brands

I joined the YSL VIP club and got a voucher for a free eye make over at YSL. I saw Rhonda at the David Jones YSL counter and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgable regarding the products and used colours to compliment my complection that I would never have chose and they looked fantastic. It was a delight to finally meet someone who doesn't force you to buy anything after you've got a mini makeover.

I had to recently buy an ipad for my sister (she was on her way back overseas, and could not get to a store on time - she dropped in on the way to the airport to pick up from me). I went there in the morning, and they did not have stock, but i could put my name down, and arrived after lunch - every person in this section was amazing to deal with - they all went out of there way to explain things i wanted to know eg cases etc - when i want one i will definately buy from here
The quality of the products is good however you will pay for it - a lot more expensive then Target or Myer. Found it hard to get help in the women's section.

I was dealt with professionally and offered a range of bras to suit my needs.
Each was fitted properly and sizes checked with the utmost care a professionalism.
Since then, I have sent my husband back to buy me another matching bra (it is my most comfortable!) - I sent him with a bra, and the sales people found him exactly the right one and even matched the strap lengths before sending it home with him.
Brilliant service.
