It is my first time building a house and I would like to say what an AMAZING company Davbuilt Constructions has been. As someone with no experience at all, I could not be happier with my experience. Peter’s experience and knowledge has been so valuable. Peter’s attention to detail and dedication from the design stage to coming to site every day to ensure the highest standard of work has been invaluable to bringing my home from a draft on paper to a reality. The tradesmen have been nothing but accomodating when I’ve seen them and everyone’s advice and experience has shone through and helped me get the best value for money. If you are looking for a bespoke builder, this is your company. The ideas and designs Peter has come up with for my design is anything but ordinary. I look at some of these reviews that have been made before mine and am utterly shocked to see them. Peter and his team have been nothing but remarkable and I couldn’t see them in any light but that!

I made the mistake of using this builder for my house - not only did he charge me a fortune for dubious variations, the standard of the work was poor - sloppy paintwork, amateurish tiling, uneven plasterwork, leaks and water inundation in a number of areas, wiring issues, poorly done carpentry, shoddy plumbing (including a waste water pipe in the house that wasn't even connected up) and a lot of interior and exterior cracking, including cracked tiles in a hallway. Years of stress, inconvenience and expense fixing all of the problems.

So disappointed with Davbuilt and their monkey tradesmen.
We wouldn't recommend them.
Our house was slapped up with no attention to detail, we have a wet edge pool that is not level.
They promise you the world until you sign up.
We have asked Davbuilt to rectify the STILL outstanding work on our house that was supposed to have been completed more than a year ago. Davbuilt became hostile.
Avoid this builder.
