If I could give him zero stars I would. His service is utterly deplorable. After spilling coffee on my MacBook I ask him to repair it for me. He drags out the repair time by providing me with poor excuses and dodging my phone calls (he ordered the wrong parts etc-it's your job, do it better). After 4.5 months of calling and messaging him I take my laptop back. I had had enough of this. He had the audacity to tell me coffee spills are best fixed ASAP to reduce damage, yet knowing this he does not fix my machine and leaves it to deteriorate. Not only this, he returns my laptop damaged-there are various stains, scratches and dents. He has prised off my rubber pads on the bottom of my MacBook. I send my MacBook in pristine condition and it comes back like this. What kind of conditions does he have in his storage room? There is absolutely no respect for his customers and their property, how does he run a business with zero integrity? It is appalling and shocking, do not trust him with anything of yours, you will regret it throughly like me.
