Bought a lovely 2nd hand light grey coloured sofa on Gumtree which really needed a thorough clean. Found Darren on Google and wanted to use a Local Business near Medowie so asked Darren and he came the very next day. Prompt reliable service and my 2nd hand sofa now looks brand new. Cleaned rental carpets, attacked very very stubborn hair chalk stains and got all the stains out!!! Will definitely use him for our next carpet clean.

Darren cleaned the carpet at Mallabula Community Centre. This is a very high traffic area with the use being primarily for childcare. Darren was able to remove all playdoe from the carpet. This was the first time that a professional carpet cleaner has been able to produce these results. I would highly recommend this service

Darren has been cleaning my carpets for about 8 years. He always turns up on time. He has come out in emergencies (during the pasha bulk a storm) and helped us. He has come out quickly when we first had our dog. Puppy accidents. He is always friendly. My carpets always look great when he has finished. They always feel soft and fresh. Can't rate him high enough.

My quality cream wool carpet was showing heavy wear and marks from spills. I requested the lounge room to be cleaned and forgot another room which should have been included.
Darren turned up to the minute of the appointment (within 2 days of my initial approach), was not fazed by the altered request, did a magnificent job on the carpet which is now beautiful again, ready to walk on immediately and no odour - just clean. A perfect job at a very reasonable price by a personable, friendly, adaptable operator. I couldn't wish for more.
After many other operators' efforts, in self defence I bought a Bissell carpet cleaner. Darren has freed me of that beast. Anyone want a Bissell?

The best carpet clean ever, I have tried several carpet cleaning companies and have always been been dissapointed. Not this time! Darren not only did an amazing job on my carpets and lounges, he even cleaned my grotty front steps! Great value and excellent customer service. I will use Darren again to clean my carpets.

Needed the job done quickly and Darren returned the call on the same day and even came and did the job that afternoon on his way home. I rang other carpet cleaners and I'm still waiting for the call back!

After a mishap with a wayward drink by my young daughter on the lounge room carpet that seemed difficult to absorb, I rang Darren late and explained my predicament and asked if he could arrange an urgent visit the next day.
Although short notice and only a small job, he has more than helpful and assured me that he would manage to make it at some stage and would ring when he had time. He also advised the best way to immediately resolve and minimise the spill to avoid a permanent stain which was a great help.
True to his word, even after a full day he rang and dropped in late in the afternoon to our out of the way suburb of Mallabula in Port Stephens when others would be relaxing for the evening. He was reassuring and got straight to it with no fanfare or fuss.
He also advised my wife that for his reasonable fee he would just do the complete room! On the completion the carpet was transformed, in fact on his first pass you could immediately see the result as the cleaned carpet strip was 2 shades lighter. In the past 2 years we had used 2 other companies and neither had got the carpet back up to looking new like (its only 3 years old) or managed to get a couple of light stains out. One was the Electrodry and I will be clear…….IT WAS RUBBISH and didn't do anything worth recommending to anyone.
In both cases the “technicians” blamed the carpet and stated that it was a known problem which I found hard to believe as its top quality and designed for the purpose it is being used for, also we do not wear shoes in the house.
When Darren left we stood looking in amazement at the result and this morning you could tell the difference on your feet as it felt light and fluffy again.
Not only was it a very professional job, Darren was also a very friendly and easy going person. We will not be using another company again. We can't recommend Darren the Carpet Cleaner highly enough.
