22.93 doing the works the company Director Daniel has gone from making promises to not a single word. After hearing about his trades man Aaron I asked to.meet him then the eagerness vanished,now nothing which apparently is Daniella typical response

Installed ventilation system didn't leave clear instructions how to use the controller to set times etc. Had to lodge a complaint to the ombudsman to finish the job and close the hole they left. Then the patch job was done terribly messy now I have to fix myself. Numerous emails text ignored. The control panel itself they put high up which is hard to change if needed. Very disappointing don't use these guys.

Sent this company 2 requests for quotes. Followed up numerous times and was promised calls back. This went on for almost 3 months. Eventually, after much persisting I received a text msg with this reply “Please stop calling us at present we have no time to inspect any new properties as we have some urgent works in the city and have had for some while. Whilst we appreciate you asking us to quote on works for you we are just unable to do so at present.” Don’t waste your time, they do not what your business! Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
