High quality products. I needed a very high litter box for my side pee-er, and the Modkat litter boxes were perfect! There was an issue with delivery, but Andrew at D&C Lifestyle was onto it straight away and had it resolved in days. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Modkat from the USA in 2010 before the product was available in Australia. Recently whilst cleaning it I snapped the lid clip. D&C is now the Australian distributor for this product. Andrew offered outstanding customer service in helping me replace this item. This business was prompt and professional and I would not hesitate to purchase from D&C in the future. Modkat is a fantastic product, and it's great to have an Australian distributor for this and other great products otherwise not available or incredibly expensive to import as an individual. ModKat is a fantastic product and I was really happy with the service and delivery from D&C Lifestyle. I bought my first ModKat early in 2012 - I found D&C via an internet search as they were the only (at the time) Australian distributor of ModKats. Before I made the purchase, I had some queries about the product and their delivery service and D&C were both prompt and very helpful in responding and providing info I needed to go ahead with the purchase. And delivery was super quick - it was only a few days between my initial query and it being on my doorstep (interstate delivery). Regarding the product I bought - the ModKat is awesome - stylish, functional and my cats love it so much, I had to buy a 2nd one. And again D&C were extremely prompt with dispatching the 2nd ModKat and I also had in within a few days. I can't wait to see their new products!
