Poor service, but in desperate need of a recliner, looked elsewhere, and cusack,s had what I wanted, otherwise i would have walked out then! Did not recieve the written guarantee, when the chair arrived! rang that day, another salesman answered, left a message for the person who sold it , to send the written guarantee, no reply, nor from the manager when i wrote with a complaint, sent a 2nd letter this time stating I would place it in the hands of Consumer Affairs, promptly rang, told it had been sent, (twice) to ring if not recieved in two days, rang , then and again 3 days later no sign of it, and still no further reply!! Now being placed in the hands of consumer affairs!! Rang only to leave that message!! Don,t deal with them!! rotten staff and management!! You won,t get the guarantee. they stink!!
