Curves

I have just joined curves last month . This is the first gym l have ever attended.
I find the instructors very friendly and helpful.
I really enjoy attending.

Curves at Sutherland is so fantastic...they know my name and they motivate me to reach my goals...I have now lost 15 kilos!!!! Very supportive,very clean and genuine staff that care!!!!!!!!! Ps Never had been to a gym before

Curves was not for me as I wanted a harder workout. However the concept is great and the staff were terrific and so friendly. I can see how it could be great for so many people.

this place is really good! i went here with my mum heaps when i lived in engadine and its very personal, friendly staff. they play music that suits everyone and really good workout the staff and excellent! i now go to sylvania curves

The staff are very friendly and always remember my name when I come through the door which is fantastic! The staff are helpful, encouraging and do not belittle clients or harrass people to join. The whole concept is different to any gym I have belonged to and it truly feels like a family atmosphere. I love it!
