We have been using Ctrl IT over the past four years. Steve has been our main IT support 'go to guy'. His knowledge on all things computers - hardware, software, networking - is exemplary. The bottom line is getting the job done. This applies in any field. When it come to I.T., Steve gets the job done.
The service we receive every month is great and all our IT requirements are met. If we require urgent assistance they are always available to assist either remotely or in the office.
We have been using Ctrl IT for a number of years now, and have never been able to fault there knowledge, expertise or service. Steve and the team are so thorough, there is nothing they have been unable to do. Steve has set up our VoIP phone system, our office network, and has set up a remote access system so we can connect to the server while out of the office. The work completed is always of such a high standard, and they are a pleasure to deal with.
CTRL-IT manages our desk top phone systems in two countries, across three sites. They offer a prompt, reliable & professional service, and have never missed a beat. Highly recommended!
