Went into Crossroads for a browse and noticed a 40% off sale for VIP members. Purchased a few bargains because they were bargains at 40% off and after handing in VIP card the shop assistant kept referring to you by your particular name. She did this with all the customers before me. She didn't have to notice those particular details but she did and I felt like I was a special customer. Thankyou.
