If you're looking for a CrossFit box in Melbourne's CBD, don't look any further than CrossFit CBD.

Training on the Rooftop of Dreams (TM) was an absolute blast, both as a regular member for 2.5 years, as well as more recently as a dropping-in athlete.

The community is tight-knit, and incredibly welcoming to guests and new members alike. It's said a lot about CrossFit boxes but at CBD especially, everyone really supports one another, cheering people on and celebrating milestones as though they were their own.

The coaches are also amazing - winning the Evolutio Coach of the Year award in 2014! Karl and Susan as head coaches really know how to get the best out of each member, and have also done amazing work bringing in new coaches both from within the member base and from outside.

I always look forward to my next workout with the CBD crew.
