I had been shopping around for a good deal on a trip for my boyfriend and I to Europe, Cross The Map popped up on a Google search so I decided to see if they could give me a good quote. Jesse was friendly, prompt and professional from the very second he answered the phone. He had insightful information to share with me about where we wanted to go and some of the "off the beaten track" stuff we could enjoy. He asked if we had gotten quotes from elsewhere and I didn't want to say at first, but he offered a price match agreement so I gave him the best quote price. He didn't even flinch and still came out considerably lower than the competitors. They are affiliated with helloworld. Jesse explained they are a non-branded affiliate, so they operate under their own name, but they have access to all the buying pwer of the big company.
