I was impressed with the extensive product information tailored to my needs. Only improvement needed is more clarity around credit cards. I assumed it was included as part of the approval, i didn't realise i had to keep my financials then reapply. Would have been good to know this in the upfront to save wasting of time. Was waiting for my card from CBA in the mail which was never coming.

The application process seems a bit clunky but that is more probably a bank issue, especially when dealing with multiple loans and properties and changing ownership It is different dealing with the non big 4 with regards to solicitors and banks and where funds need to be available for settlement and this call out would have been useful, then again was probably in the documents.

It was great to have a one stop shop, answered all my questions and dumbed things down for me to make it easier to understand instead of lawyer lingo. Warren, Brenton and the team were amazing! When the finance application to purchase our next home was starting to look a little difficult. I was referred to Crediflex from my solicitor on the day my finance was due. Within 3 days over the Christmas holidays they had managed to get approval with a major bank with a better interest rate and fees etc. I was instantly less stressed and felt confident with their knowledge. I found the service efficient, caring and the upmost professional. I certainly didn't feel like a number and trust them implicitly with l my finance needs, now and in the future.
