I found that the female management that we dealt with would be better served as a speed bump. We had to return a faulty phone a number of times and seemed to get different answers every time. In the 1st 3 months of the new contract we had the phone in our posession for 16 days because i was constantly out for repair. When a new phone was finally offered after sending it away 4 times, the replacement phone was a clear step down. Will never return here and am even thinking about just paying the contract out so we never have to deal with these imbessiles again. Steer Clear!!
I bought my new mobile phone from these guys and got them to port my number over from my old provider. I could not be happier, the staff were most helpful and knowledgeable with regard to the phone's features and available accessories. Very happy!
Bought an item that was faulty and returned it the following day for a refund. However, was told that I could not get a refund unless I return it in the same day. I was not told this although staff argued that she did and basically called me a liar. I will never go back again.
Hi Pidors. Unless the item was labelled along the line of "faulty - buy at own risk, no returns", I can only see that you have been stripped of your consumer rights. If the item is faulty or not fit for purpose, one day later is not "unreasonable" for you to request a refund. I would go over her head ! or refer to www.consumer.vic.gov.au

Excellent experience from sales staff who really know their product ,friendly and most helpful no rushing you to purchase .
They took time to explain what type of accessories were available and corresponding mobile plans
