I had back pain issue for several years and had tried osteo, chiro, remedial massage and different physio previously and nothing ever worked untill i came to this practice. I initially came here to see the physio ( kristie) for few times as referred by my nurse and She did excellent job. Then I found there is red core class on saturday morning (pilates for stengthen the core muscle) which i have been attending for over a year. It helped me a lot with my back pain issue.
