Worst courier company ever

Never use these guys. So unreliable. Cannot get hold of a real person. Ignored on virtual chat line. Tried calling several times, they just sent a link to chat line and hang up. No tracking at all. Half of my kids Xmas gifts have not been delivered. So frustrating and stressful having to chase them.

STAY AWAY from them at all costs.

If your package is of high value, I guarantee you that they will steal your package like they did with me.

I waited 10 days for a sydney metro delivery which was sent within sydney metro and my package ended up being stolen by one of their own internal staff.

Even with the so called ‘tracking number’, they can’t even figure out where my package went.

A vehicle parts supply company couriered my parts to me so that I could register a vehicle in time for the Christmas break. That was three days ago. I waited at home on the first day for eight hours (from 8am until 4:30pm - no courier. Sometime after that they dropped a card in my letterbox. No phonecall.
I've spend over five hours on hold over the last three days (thank goodness for speakerphone), in 26 phonecalls (that's right 26!). All but two of these have resulted in a dropout (their system just hangs up on me).
Despite commitments two days ago, they just left my package at the depot all yesterday.
They tell me that they do drop at newsagents, but have none in my area. This is amazing to me, as I live in Redfern, one kilometer from the CBD of largest city in Australia. Driver (or radio room) will not call on approach.
My vehicle will no be out of registration all of Christmas - It's a campervan and I was going to be using it.
I have now been asked to drive further than the original delivery distance to collect my package if I want it.
Under duress, I have given authority to leave the package unattended (what choice do I have?).
There are so many good couriers. You should never use this company.

I can not recommend this courier company in any way.

I had 2 parcels come from Queensland, they sat in the Sydney depot for 4 days before being registered on the track and trace site, then I go down stairs to check street mail box ( where delivery was to be sent to ) and I find a " collect parcel " with a date and time on it stating to collect after 4pm from my local Post Office.

Delivery was NOT even attempted by the courier service as I had the external doors open from 7am.

I have paid for this delivery to my street address NOT my Post Office. I have been told of other elderly people having to lug home heavy parcels that have been processed in a similar way. If couriersplease.com.au is a subsidiary of Australia Post then no wonder why Australia Post has had its day.

Laziness and lies as this from couriersplease.com.au are just not acceptable.

NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE FOR DELIVERY and DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS WERE COMPLETELY IGNORED
