Friendliest service, excellent coffee, delicious (thickest, fruitiest berry) sorbets. Can't find any place in Eltham that remotely approaches their professionalism - John and Carol.
WOW WOW WOW is all i can say, i had gone to this cafe just recently and i was amazed i had to come and tell you all about it! It is one of those shops you cant not go too! Great food and so soo much variety. If you have not been You MUST GO, Great service and outstanding inviting environment. I highly recomend this cafe to everyone :) If you want the best food and coffee this is the place to be !!!!!!!!

Cornercaf is a wonderful little place, with wonderful staff and excellent service. The food is always great, and there is a wide variety. What stands out for me, though, is they don't charge extra for using soy milk, even though this probably brings down their potential profit.
Catering for people who can't or wont drink milk is something I have never seen and shows how much they care about the customer.
Great food and variety, but very, very expensive. Staff have always been efficient. Good location.
I would have to disagree, the prices are very good for the amount of food you recive. I had a made up foc and it was the biggest thing i had seen, and tastiest, and i would pay a lot more for that..
I have gone around and deganis, altavita and fergusons have all got the same price or slightly lower, BUT the qulity is not there, everything is made fresh on the day and therefore a great meal

They have a wide variety of snack dishes and an all day breakfast menu. Nice selection of juices in the fridge and their hot chocolates are very nice. The service is very slow however, you can stand and wait for 10 minutes for staff to serve you. Staff just running about and dont acknoledge you or that you're waiting. Foods that should be simply heated up quickly seem to along time.

UMM lady are you out of your mind, this shop has exelent service, and not to mention fast!, i orderd a coffee and before i sat down i recived it. I was served in less than a second and there was a line building up i dont know about you but id try again and see if you recive the same result..
I would have to say you have not been to the corner caf in a longgg time, catherine. I think you could be very impatient. Also food that should "simply be heated" in a microwave... what time of food is that. Sadly you do not own a business, and i do in doncaster and it takes time to make food. I would mocrowave it toast it and then wrap it up, this would take aporx 8-10 min and the corner caf have served it to me in less than 6 min. So i suggest you go back and maybe think again befroe u make such silly acusations. And then talk to the staff, because i think you where just in a rush and could not experience the true taste of this great suburbn coffee shop.
This cafe does great breakfasts, the food is really fresh and they have a wide variety on the menu. This place is child friendly and there is plenty of parking.
